Buying a house today
I'm closing on my new house this afternoon. Rennovations will begin tomorrow.
Hopefully, that one car garage can be enlarged to hold two Benzes . . . I'm looking forward to being able to have some GTGs at my place in a few months.

I'm pretty sure the rennovations will be primarily fun stuff, things that show and give you that feeling of satisfaction. I've had enough structural, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical crap to fix in houses and years gone past. This should be a lot of fun.
Once I have things well in hand, I'm having a GTG, so keep watching this space and keep your calendar clear for June.
