RIP Frank Frazetta
I remember seeing this guy's art on Molly Hatchet albums and velvet paint by number kits when I was a kid. Looking at his pieces always made me want to create something myself.
R.I.P. Mr. Frazetta. Thanks for the inspiration. Quote:

too bad...we had silhouettes of the "Death Dealer" on our M113s back in the day..and one cannot forget Molly Hatchet's "Flirting With Disaster" album cover, with Frazetta's art work on front...

I was a...fan...of some of his naked chick stuff as a pre- and early-teen.

RIP! I read all the Conan novels as a teen, I remember his art well. Great stuff, very dark and moody - it meshed with Howard's storytelling perfectly.

Until now I always assumed Danzig's Thrall-Demonsweatlive cover was Frazetta's work but it was actually Simon Bisely who, not surprisingly, was heavily influenced by him.
