Web browser question
 

Just re-formatted my PC and I am having an issue.

If I move down in my browser using the little arrow on the left top/bottom of my browser I get a lagging refresh effect (like a slow re-write of the screen) but if I click below/above the bar so it moves down a whole screen at once it works fine.

I have been looking for settings that may control this with out any luck and I have no idea what to search for on line to fine an answer.

This happens on both FF and IE and did nt happen before I reformatted.

Any ideas?

Did you get the latest video card drivers from Nvidia/ATI/whoever? If using onboard, check motherboard website. That is a pretty normal symptom of video driver issue.

Yep, you probably have default video drivers currently, update to the correct ones.

Updated all the drivers except that one for what ever reason. I'm going to blame the heat because I don't like my other choices :D
