A couple of years ago during an online search I ran across this neat little dealer that sold old Jags and other classic cars up in Lakeville CT. I forgot the name after that initial search and when I went to look for it again I couldn't find it.....today I found out why.

That's the CT attorney generals page and it looks like the guy running the place was defrauding people in all kinds of ways. Makes for a good read as I'm always happy to see scumbags getting nailed.

As with small claims court a judgement against the defendant does not mean automatic payment of that judgement. It does mean that a levy can be placed against future income or property but it does not mean that the plaintiff will receive what has been awarded.
