Barack Hussein Obama’s Aunt Zetuni sets the record straight!

"The system took advantage of me." Starting last night at 11 PM and more today at 5 PM, 6 PM, and 11 PM on Boston Channel 4 WBZ http://wbztv.com/local/obama.aunt.zeituni.2.1921954.html |

So you think she is right?
Hopefully someone will do the research on this for her and inform her that she is mistaken. So the facts are... An old woman has made a mistake about a complicated thing. This is news? Right wingers doing something to make the US a better place to live... That would be news! |

Man she’s here for good! It’s official!
“People who seek asylum must show that they face persecution in their homeland on the basis of religion, race, nationality, political opinion or membership in a social group. The basis for Onyango's asylum request was never made public, but her lawyer Margaret Wong said last year that Onyango first applied for asylum "due to violence in Kenya." The East African nation is fractured by cycles of electoral violence every five years. Medical issues also could have played a role. In a November interview with The Associated Press, Onyango said she was disabled and was learning to walk again after being paralyzed from Guillain-Barre syndrome, an autoimmune disorder. At her hearing in Boston earlier this year, she arrived in a wheelchair and two doctors testified in support of her case. Her lawyers would not comment on Onyango's medical troubles. "She doesn't want people to feel sorry for her," said Scott Bratton, another of her attorneys. Onyango's efforts to win asylum have lasted more than a decade, Wong said. "She was ecstatic," Wong said at a news conference in Cleveland on Monday, describing Onyango's reaction to the news. "She was very, very happy." The Massachusetts Democrat Party is preparing her as its party’s candidate for Governor of Massachusetts in the 2014 election!!!!! |

So she is here legally under the law of asylum? Who passed such laws and signed such treaties!
Oh, yeah. Eisenhower, Nixon and Reagan. The Republican party will likely want to put this lady on a poster since she is what three Republican Presidents worked so hard for. Reagan spoke of people like her when he referred to America as 'Always being that shining beacon of liberty on a hill' or whatever it was he said. Palin once said she stood for something like this as well. Boy, that promise did not last long. |

If her asylum thing is genuine then that's fine. If not kick her out.

Quote:
For two years Onyango said she lived in a homeless shelter, before she was assigned public housing despite thousands of legal residents also awaiting assistance. Wonder how that came about. In 2004 a judge ordered Zeituni Onyango out of the country, but she never left. She stayed, hiding in plain sight. In 2005 she attended her nephew's swearing in as the junior Senator of Illinois. In 2008 she was invited to, and traveled to D.C. for President Obama's inauguration. However her nephew, she says, never pulled any strings for her. "Listen. Obama did not know my whereabouts." So how did she get invited and travel there and not get turned in? Onyango hired a top immigration lawyer from Cleveland to help fight her case. We asked how she afforded that lawyer, when she claimed poverty. "When you believe in Jesus Christ and almighty God, my help comes from heaven," she responded. I believe in the unicorn and the easter bunny too. And if you believe the Left Wing has any interest in making our lives better unless it happens to coincide with their interests, you have really good imagination. People take care of themselves first whether they claim to be left or right wing. Oh, they'll talk the good game but at crunch time, well......
