I'd buy a couple of them, then, when some ditz is yakking away and generally pushing their head so far up their arse they can't see that the lights in front of them have changed, I'll "blast" their phone conversation to atomic-bits and shoot them a N.Y. Salute!

The phone blocker is definately illegal, but so is inattentive driving...no one is getting pulled over until the offender has taken out the attentive ones first...so screw 'em!!!
