What a BS story, How could be possible to drive 7 to 10K per week?? This is 1200 miles a day, with 65MPH average this is almost 19 hours, every day

Good luck with that thought. Many of them didn't even make it off warranty, and helped put Ford into the red with their $1billion in warranty and buy back costs.
400K out of a gas engine is not too bad. I agree with others, driving that much solo is questionable. Perhaps he split the driving with a passenger.

Whats a 5.4L gas F250 with dual air conditioners do on fuel, 15mpg?
1,020,000 miles / 15 mpg x $2.75 a gallon. Is $187,000 in fuel. $40,000+ a year in fuel. What is a greyhound worth... jesus.
