Ate in an interesting restaurant today

Stopped in Wisconsin Dells today and ate at a place called the Cheese Factory. It's a vegetarian restaurant run by a Christian Church group. Nice people, food was OK albeit a little pricey. This was Wisconsin Dells after all. They also run a few different businesses like http://www.miracleshealingcenter.com/ and http://www.endeavoracademy.com/ . Interesting concept.

Ever hear of the Moosewood in Ithaca?

Good vegetarian food and definitely creative, but the food was very pricey and oddly enough my mother's own vegetarian cuisine is better!

I lost about 15 pounds when we moved out of WI. I attribute that mainly to the beed and cheese curds, and my village's restaurant's pancakes.

Religion and food have a pretty close connection. The local Hare Krishna temple has a great vegetarian restaurant and the reduction in karma comes for free.
I bought my daughter a 126SD a couple of weeks ago. The seller was a thoughtful guy who attended a Science of Mind church like your restaurant people. He liked their openmindedness but could not tolerate their ethical naivete. He showed me a couple of pieces he had written critiquing their ethical lacuna.

Yes it is, it's just called ovo-lacto.

Sounds like a health condition.
