120V Welder
Anyone ever use a 120v Welder? Just want to know who well they work. I might have to weld the air cleaner bracket on my 123. The middle arm got dislodged.

I have a 120V wire feed.
Even with my limited welding skills it does a good job of general welding, nothing major but those odds and end thing around the house. Lawnmower, snowblower, a chair and other odds and end things needing a fix up. This unit (it's tucked away in the garage right now) is 40% duty cycle I think, uses shieled or gas (I run argon). Give it a dedicated 20 amp slow blow fuse and it does the job.

I use a Lincoln with flux core wire. Works pretty good. Can do 3/16". My GF welds better than me though...

I have a cheapo HF welder. It is a POS but for infrequent non-aesthetic work it is fine
