I'm sure it's fun to drive, but I can't stand the ricey looks of the recent 5-series cars.

They have moved their HQ/engineering/parts/service center to Morgan Hill, and have a Dinan service center in Mountain View now.




Been to the Morgan Hill location several times.... A friend has a Dinan 3 Series that had some development work done.

I think the e38 (7 series) is better looking. Similar lines, but better dimensions with the added length. I never drove that vintage of my M5, but did race one in my S600. It was a worthy opponent, but couldn't match the torque of my Benz.

I agree, the 7-series has nicer lines.
