1. The Eagles have the fastest skill players in the league. Jackson, Vick, McCoy and Macklin are all burners. Hard to keep up with them.

2. I have always thought Jeff Lurie modeled his management after Kraft and the Pats. They both run successful businesses.

3. Jackson's contract is up this year and he signed Drew Rosenhaus as his agent this year.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41rdU-3fiMA (He's the one Terrell Owens signed before the Eagles got tired of his bs and cut him, sending him off to Dallas ..............and Buffalo........ and Cincinatti ()

4. Vick's contract is up this year too. He only had a 2 year deal. I'm not sure but I think he's only making 1 million this year. He'll get big bucks from somebody next year too. I tend to think the Eagles will bring him back.
Signing Jackson on top of Vick may be more than Lurie wants to spend.

Sigh, unfortunately I'm still a Giants fan. They are my NFC team. But hey, what do I know? I'm a lifelong Bengals fan!

Yeah, still a fan. It was a hard loss but they're not out yet. It looks like they'll meet again in the wild card round.

When the first half was about to end and the giants were looking to score with 9 seconds left my wife asked why they didn't sit on the ball and go into the locker room.
