My gf is in St Petersburg now & supposed to fly home tomorrow.
 She emailed me this morning and said she was expecting heavy security at their airport. (Your papers please!  ) Her daughter says she's going to burn her Russian passport when she gets back. (That was the first I had heard about the Moscow bombing.)

It's a tragdedy all right. My guess is similar crowd from one of the "stans" off to the east. The bunch who did scuicide bombing in the Moscow subway a little while ago. My brothers working on plans for the airport in St Petersburg. He e-mailed to say he's probably going to have to insert all the screening facilities again after the client just instructed them to be removed.
