Being sober is so dull...

I stopped drinking this week among other things in an attempt to lose some weight. It seems alcohol has a lot of calories in it, go figure.

But being sober sucks, I'm bored, kind of annoyed, and just meh. Also a bit stressed I want a *&^*(^*)(^*(^*( drink.

I don't know how long I'll make it on this health kick, I have a feeling I'll be working on a scotch cigar, and steak soon!

Too bad you don't have a Benz to fix, that would keep you busy

Perhaps it's a good time to test the SIGs cold weather capabilities down at the range?

Being sober is what I want most, I am working towards that goal because when I'm drunk, I tend to give a ***** what ********* losers think.

It's all in your mind. It takes a lot of balls to drop the bottle.

Drink soda at the bar and let them drink. You'll have the upper hand.

I suspect that I have just enough balls to do that.

As far as weight goes, it's not the alcohol. It's all that FOOD you eat when you're drinking. Eschew the bar snacks. There's no such thing as a beer gut, calories are calories. Switch to a drink with no carbs. Red wine, or any distilled spirit has no carbohydrates. Don't eat, just drink. Priorities, grasshopper, priorities.

If you can't give up the booze for a month you may have a problem.
