bosch euro h/l lens

need help! while looking for another euro lens i found this lens and don't know what it fits. i am pretty sure it does not fit 116 or 123. bosch part # is 1 305 820 153. i am pretty sure it is pass side and is not an oblong. the outside vertical edge is narrower at top and flares out maybe 1/2 inch wider at bottom.
