I had a late 60's Alfa Berlina sedan in College. I loved it, but I almost included it in the "Worst financial mistakes" thread.

They make a 123 benz look gorgeous.

I've always favoured the Lancia Fulvia from the same era... nice, though if you think old Mercedes rust...

Are you suggesting that there was more than one that actually drove & wasnt in being repaired most of its life. At one stage they were the most unreliable car in the world.
As to their looks, they were a mistake. Mazda got the body design that was done for Alfa ( the capella) as alfa couldnt afford it. alfa got a design that had been rejected by others.
