Gonna Be Really Pi$$ed
Last nights Chuck Lorre "vanity card" that appears momentarily after each episode of "Two and a Half Men"
"I exercise regularly. I eat moderate amounts of healthy food. I make sure to get plenty of rest. I see my doctor once a year and my dentist twice a year. I floss every night. I've had chest x-rays, cardio stress tests, EKG's and colonoscopies. I see a psychologist and have a variety of hobbies to reduce stress. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't do drugs. I don't have crazy, reckless sex with strangers." "If Charlie Sheen outlives me, I'm gonna be really pi$$ed." |

Funny is subjective. Popular is a better measure:
CBS had another great night on Monday, with Two and A Half Men scoring a win among total viewers and adults 18-49. It was the last original episode the network had in the can before the comedy went on a forced hiatus, so interest in Charlie Sheen and Co. remained strong: It was the most-watched show of the night with 14.5 million viewers, and averaged a timeslot-winning 4.2 rating/11 share in adults 18-49, according to preliminary estimates The re-runs are presently scheduled to be in syndication for the next 10 years with Warner Brothers getting $1B (yes, billion) in potential syndication fees; CBS pays $4M per episode, which includes Sheen's approximate $1.9M/episode salary, which means that ad revenue back to CBS must be huge. |

Personally VERY funny, although it is dragging now.
All shows run out of steam eventually. I love Lorre's card at the end of his shows, he has them on a website http://www.chucklorre.com Big Bang also, that show I never figured out how it made it to season two, but it has picked up. Not hilarious, but generally worth watching.

The show works because Charlie Sheen is essentially playing his real-life alter-ego...how much of a stretch is that?
He probably isn't even sober during taping!
