I got about 2 min in and could not do it any more. Not sure how it ended so if someone wants to give me the readers digest version that would be great. Assuming the rest of it goes like the first 2 min or so goes I would say the cop should have just arrested him and gone on his way.

I watched all of it and i'm still not sure what happened.

Some of the things he said made sense, others i'm not sure. Either way the last video was cut short so we don't find out what happens. Kinda defeats the purpose of watching it.

(Some things bout joinder and maritime law and apparently this guy has trouble with the idea of being)

I watched both and to me it seemed like a lot of BS coming from the guy.

Cop was a pro at being patient and hearing the guy out though.

Maybe he was just provoking the guy, trying to rouse some police brutality...idk.

I think his plan of action was - keep spitting out crap until the cop gets so sick of it, he just leaves. He failed; he got the ticket anyways.

Punk moron, try that with a New Haven or Bridgeport cop. The next thing he would hear after refusing to give his ID would be to step out of the car.

City cops don't full around with punk's like this, there attitude changes real quick when they get cuffed.

Refusing to produce the requested documents on demand in a reasonable fashion is a chargeable offence. For a moment I though the officer walked back to an ambulance at the end of the video. The officer had enough common sense to not engage in the disscussion at least.

I almost think the guy was trying to get the officer to say or do something he would have on video. That may have killed the ticket in court.

Stupid display by the driver from start to finish. I can think of no sane senario where you would want to inflame a situation like this. In Canada you are just let off with a warning normally for a lot of things. Or the ticket is minumised. I wonder if there was enough evidence to demand a blood test for drugs? If so could one be demanded?

My hat's off to the Canadian police officer who handled himself and the situation with lots of patients! The driver is a complete tool who thinks he knows something about the law that no one else knows. Idiot loser.

Couldn't take but a couple minutes of that diatribe. What a loser-a$$ punk! I feel sorry for his female companion.
Around here that would have gone on about 30 sec and he would have been ordered out of the car and cuffed (and tazed if he resisted).
