Mercedes in film
Saw Nocturnal Animals yesterday. A 240d plays a role in the film, which I liked. However it was completely unbelievable. It keeps up with a 60's GTO racing down the interstate.

I remember in Jarhead there is a W126 with US spec headlights but they are supposed to be in Kuwait or somewhere around there.

21 Jump Street has the main antagonist driving a w123 diesel that he says he converted to run on veggie oil, but every time it pulls up it sounds like a normal gasser.
In Bates Motel, Norma Bates drives a w108 300SEL 4.5.

A couple of times in Nocturnal Animals you could hear the 616 but in the high speed scenes they dubbed in a gasser.

What about that terrible fate of the pristine lime green w123 in Beruit form "Navy Seals" starring Charley Sheen, smushed by a tank when the seals stole it for a getaway.
I doubt there was actually one that nice in Lebenon , ever.
