I paint my wife's nails.

1. Clean the nail with alcohol or at least wash hands to get rid of oils
2. Paint base coat to prevent chipping
3 Wait for it to dry
4. Paint color coat
5. Wait for it to dry
6. Paint 2nd coat
7. Wait for it to dry
8. Paint transparent top coat
9. Wait for it to dry
10. Optional 2nd top coat

Now what?
