How did the driver know about the lic plate? he couldnt see it.

I was wonderingthe same. Perhaps an onlooker alerted him-but I'm unsure I would have got out of the car with the 2 dogs standing by. On the other hand I get along well with dogs, and none have ever taken off my plate.

In that little car???? He probably heard AND felt the *SNAP!* when the dog took the plate off...

BTW: The LEOs probably had signs posted around the neighborhood about "dog packs" rendering license plates useless if you stop and honk at the "*****es" on the side of the road...
