The pic I'm wondering if real is of the black dude in the flippers. Good Lord that's grotesque. Those thighs are weird. I'll bet his tailor does pretty well.

th emachines are far better now too. Arnold was back in the day of free weights and limited pulley machines, now there is a machine to target every single muscle in every group. Even Tom's having a tough review due to age

fashion wise, I would have ditched the speedo though. Sometimes you just have to tip you hat to father time, and wear some baggy concealing swim trunks.

Its Ronnie Coleman. I think he looks disgusting too, but just looking at the pictures he's got almost twice as much muscle mass as Arnold in his prime.

Interestingly most weight training is still done with olympic bars and freeweights (competitive bodybuilding makes use of the machines more, but strength training is almost entirely good ol' lifts and presses). Thats because they are compound exercises, feel more natural and hit more muscles at the same time. Much of the exercise is the same but the supplement and nutritional research has developed quite a bit in the last few decades

Break out the tools, work the garden, mow the lawn and chop down some trees just like the good old days.

Seth Meyers really savaged the guy last night:

He added a few details I hadn't been aware of. Looking and sounding more tawdry all the time.

That works too, but the results are a little different. I've been around a lot of guys who got strong in the gym, and a lot who got strong on the farm or at the job site. Most guys won't get as much size, peak strength, or definition from manual labor, but they end up with more endurance and seem to be better able to use the strength they have in real-world situations. They also seem to have a higher pain tolerance.

Back to the original topic: So let me get this straight-a wealthy, famous, powerful man messed around sexually with women other than his wife, isn't that the entire point of becoming wealthy, famous, and powerful? Did I miss something here?

Machines and cables are for the elderly.

If you treat it as a transaction then everything is fine. If you leave your DNA behind then s$$t happens. Even leaving your phone # behind is a NO NO, ask Tiger Wood about it.

The shocking thing for me is that the woman continued to work for 10 or so years in the house. And Ahnold reportedly lavishing attention on the love child, taking he and older brother plus mother on family vacations (?!). So did he act like she, the housekeeper, wasn't there the whole time, was there any borderlne flirting going on, was she a regular squeeze? Not really my business, I realize, but one wonders about the atmosphere in the house.

I always wondered if he was using Shriver to move up in the world.
