Interestingly most weight training is still done with olympic bars and freeweights (competitive bodybuilding makes use of the machines more, but strength training is almost entirely good ol' lifts and presses). Thats because they are compound exercises, feel more natural and hit more muscles at the same time. Much of the exercise is the same but the supplement and nutritional research has developed quite a bit in the last few decades

That works too, but the results are a little different. I've been around a lot of guys who got strong in the gym, and a lot who got strong on the farm or at the job site. Most guys won't get as much size, peak strength, or definition from manual labor, but they end up with more endurance and seem to be better able to use the strength they have in real-world situations. They also seem to have a higher pain tolerance.

Back to the original topic: So let me get this straight-a wealthy, famous, powerful man messed around sexually with women other than his wife, isn't that the entire point of becoming wealthy, famous, and powerful? Did I miss something here?
