It's improved quite a bit but Chrome is so fast and FF so customizable.

I don't find those results surprising at all....even in my daily work, the users using alternative browsers are always a little more "with it".

People still using IE 6.............no comment.

I thought the study showed that people who search for free online IQ tests are stupid.

The press release from Aptiquant definitely shows that the author of the release is stupid. And biased. And uses poor grammar. The report itself shows the report's authors don't understand statistics.

From the press release:

"Internet Explorer has traditionally been considered a pain in the back for web developers. Any IT company involved in web development will acknowledge the fact that millions of man hours are wasted each year to make otherwise perfectly functional websites work in Internet Explorer, because of its lack of compatibility with web standards."

and

"Microsoft created a conspiracy with Internet Explorer’s shell integration with Windows Explorer, and making its removal complicated, if not impossible. It is usually criticized that this move was made during the last moments of Windows 95 release in a haphazard manner, just to snub the competition from Netscape Navigator."

I don't use internet Explorer; but I use Ford Explorer.... And that fact makes me feel really dumb.

Don't even get me started. My employer still uses IE6, anything above that or alternative browsers are not allowed per company IT policy. For me and my team managing a website that gets over 30 million hits a year you'd think they would get a clue. Personally I use FF and Chrome interchangeably.
