One thing I note about the NY Times (and I'm sure others though the times seems to be worse than most) opinion writers. They are never held accountable for the errors of their earlier statements. I suspect a review of the past 5 or 10 or 25 years of their punditry will reveal their very high error rates.

I suppose that is OK if they acknowledged their historical failure rate so that readers could realize that while they may write with panache they think with blinders.

I mean have whatever opinion you want of Coulter, her views are no more extreme than Bill Maher's and she's smarter and prettier so why does one need to make her Hitler's sex slave?
