windshield wiper problem
I have a 1993 Mercedes E300, when I start the car the windshield wiper comes on, the lever is in the off position. if I remove the fuse then my windows will not work.

Is the wiper control on the right side of the steering column right above where the key is? I've accidentally turned wipers on on several vehicles while turning the key when they had this setup.

The turn signal combination switch (stalk) could be bad. They do weird things. Mine flashes my high beams when I signal to the right.
