Yes, if you're a geriatric OnStar is a great tool for you. No gadgetry and one push of a button gives you a real person who can do anything for you. Unlocking your car is about the only thing that I would have use for. Is that worth $30 a month to me for perhaps the once out of 10 years that I may make this mistake? No. Car thieves can easily disable the system in a number of ways, which happened to a person I know with a Cadillac SRX. Crash assist is nice, but still not worth $30 a month. Everything else offered is replaceable with a cell phone and cheap accessories.
