Ok, so the 23 yr old cadet is accusing Labelle's 63yr old hairdresser and 43yr old bodyman of roughing him up? I know 2 on 1 isn't a fair fight, buuuut.

King's attorney, John Raley, said Houston police recently apprised academy officials that the 23-year-old cadet had not been implicated in wrongdoing in the March 11 incident at George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

"Richard very much appreciates the professionalism of the HPD in doing so, and of West Point in considering the new information provided them," Raley said.
