A blog with a twist?

G'day All,

I'm just about to fix up my W123 - new metal work - new paint blah blah blah...

At the moment I have a bare shell on my driveway that I will eventually be reborn into a fully functioning car. Honest it will happen!

I'd like to "do" a blog of my progress as there aren't many people who have actually built a W123 from scratch.

However, I'd like to do a blog that can be converted into say a little pdf book - a bit like a photo book I suppose. Does anyone know where or if such a blog / photo book site exists on the internet?

Not that I'm aware of... I know of a site that will do a book after said project is done, but not day by day

There are tons of ways to do it. Blog to pdf, blog to book, pdf to book etc. Some are free, some are Acrobat pugins, some are paid. Google the three terms I mentioned and you'll get plenty.
Additionally, I'd suggest registering a domain thru google, 10 bucks a year, your blogger acct. is free, and your blog is automatically pointed at your url, so people can go directly to "Irebuiltmy123.com instead of blahblah.irebuiltmy123.blogspot.blahblah.com or something.

I usually compose my posts in MS word anyways and keep a running tally - I haven't tried any of the conversion programs listed above, but keep this as an option too.

That's a very kind offer. However, I think there's only going to be one copy needed. Do you do snazzy stuff like gold leaf? Embedded sound in real books? The reading experience would be so much better with the clatter of an OM617 rising from the pages...
