The oddest car you have ever owned.

I had a 1959 Nash Metropolitan with a Vette engine. What odd car did you guy/gals have? :D P.S. the pic is not an actual pic of my Nash. :D

I haven't owned a really odd car, but I did own a really boring car:
1986 Ford Escort. BORING!! This is not a picture of my car. Mine died at 86,000 miles when the engine seized up on me. What a piece of cr@p!! |
That would be the first car I owned, a 1959 Peugeot 403; followed by the 2nd car I owned, a 1954 Jag XK120MC coupe.

A Citroen 2CV with a small steam engine in it? |
Not too odd, but odd enough:
1989 Saab 900. 1950 Packard |

1995 Ford Mustang with OM617 engine

Some people want slow and practical. We can't all be hot shot speed freaks. |
1960 Corvair. I learned to drive in that thing but never actually got it "legal" for the road.

Well, considering I've only owned one car, I guess the oddest and most normal award go to my 560SEL
When I first got it, she was pretty quirky. Now I'm pretty intimate with it's workings ;) |
79 Renault R5 (Le Car)
Best riding small car I have ever seen. Wheelbase was different on one side from the other. Wheels with no center hole. Pull into a tire store and watch the tire mechanics scatter. :D Lots of wierd things about it, but basically a good car. Dealer network pretty much sucked though. |
A '64 New Yorker wagon: first car after I moved to the States. Push button transmission; square steering wheel, record player under the dash () and longer then a Suburban. Horrible gas mileage for a new and poor immigrant, but a boys dream come true.
