Blow speakers?
Which songs are out their that can blow out a sound system if you crank it? My friend supposedly has a "bullet proof" system he paid a pretty penny for.
I'm betting Rammstein can pop something. ![]() ![]() Rammstein Waidmannsheil - YouTube Rammstein - Sonne - YouTube Eisbrecher? Eisbrecher - Vergissmeinnicht - YouTube Or the classic Metallica: Metallica -Enter sandman - YouTube Cranked up which one can pop something fastest? ![]() BTW I love the power draw on this thing, he is running dual alt's on his truck and you can see the voltage gauge bounce around once it gets going, this system loves lots of amps! I want to say its a dual 200amp set up.

Best of Pantera, it will give your woofers a serious woofing.

1812 Overture. The cannons are quite capable of doing this.
Also most ANYTHING if the volume is maxed out and the switch is turned on during a high volume portion of the music.

Telarc's digitally remastered Tchiackowsky's (sp) 1812 Overture...recorded using a REAL cannon!
The cannon resided on a college campus, and when fired for the recording, it shattered windows at an adjacent building!

I went to a concert once about 25 years ago at Trinity Park in Fort Worth. The National Guard fired Howitzer's for the 1812 Overture. It was MAGNIFICENT!

I actually lived in Ft Worth about 25 years ago. I believe around the same time they had a spectacular fireworks accident on the 4th at the same park. There was a father/son fireworks team, and they set up on opposite sides of the Trinity River. The son accidentally fired a short round that landed on Dad's side right into his explosives, setting off a spectacular burst of fireworks that the crowd thought was parted of the show, which they cheered wildly. Sadly, the father was killed, and most of those who attended didn't even know it was an accident.

On installs I do, I set amp and pre-amp level gains in such a manner that "max" volume never exceeds the threshold of the installed equipment. I'm guessing your friend's setup is calibrated in the same manner.

Edgar Winter's "Frankenstein" is a speaker-eater...on the part with the sythns doing the "slinky-down" riff...the lower notes will drop the woofers right out of the cabinets...
Four of us had to chip in to replace 'em in the band-room in HS... ![]() Give it a try...
