The camper versions are pretty popular in the UK. I thought about one before buying my 307d over there.

I knew that one, but dang! It's hard to beat the other car geeks to the draw on this forum.
 there is a Bedford ambulance that moves the Jimmy Clark like figure in Grand Prix the movie. It enters the hospital through a gate which must have 4" of clearance all around it.
