They're virtually all opinion based. The Comeback America Initiative is a Fox News darling and hardly "non partisan". That "test" is a joke.

I 100% agree my man. BIASED ALL The way. Here is a few things I would do.

1. STOP taking money from Social Security for other programs.
2. Cut ALL funding for places like museums, The Arts and anything else that isn't needed to live.
3. Cut the NASA budget completely.
4. Stop letting illegals into America just to get on our welfare rolls.
5. Tax everyone the same, say "10% with NO loopholes.

And the question inevitably becomes "how"? I would eliminate the debt personally
