Davy Jones - R.I.P

Former Monkee Davy Jones dies at age 66 in Florida | Reuters

their music was before my time but I enjoy listening to them anyway.

I think Davy Jones taught Axl Rose how to dance.

My neighbor was the Monkee's bus driver and is good friends with Peter Tork. Claims Davy Jones was an alcoholic. Got backstage tickets for my wife and daughter for their reunion tour this past summer.

"The Monkees" marked an interesting intersection of reality and fiction, pop culture, pop music, media and marketing.

Yep, me too.

I also remember the Brady Bunch episode where he was Marcia's date to the school dance.
