Super Tuesday

Anyone care to post predictions?

Will Romney finally lock it up?

Will Santorum take the lead?

Will Gingrich win Georgia?

Will Ron Paul finally admit that his message is not being heard?

Will we have to wait until the summer convention to find out who gets the nomination?

I'll only hazard a guess to the last one.
We will not know until very close to the convention.
Let the process continue.

I'm going to go with Romney finally locks it up.

Repubs everywhere are getting sick of the social agenda, which is about all Santorum has to offer.

Believe it or not, I actually think that the vast majority of republican voters are real humans with brains. Which should mean that Santorum is all done.

Furthermore, if the GOP is going to stand a chance in November, they have to get behind one candidate soon. Stop the infighting and focus on the other side. There must be a few people running the show who understand that.

Gingrich loses Georgia.

Paul never admits defeat, but vows to return in 4 years.

Santorum begins the restructuring from candidate to footnote.

Mitt Romney's nomination has the strongest potential, but I doubt that the knockout blow will come tomorrow, the delegate count spread still has wiggle room.

That said, the effect of a drawn out campaign with GOP candidates having to differentiate themselves from each other, means that more attacks are likely. For Romney, that has resulted in his inability to campaign based on his private sector experience at Bain, his experience as Governor, his connection with the "common man."

The Nascar connection kind of backfired for him... Guess he didn't realize that Joe-Six Pack buys tickets in the stands rather than comp'd pit access...

Even Santorum beat him to rebuking Limbaugh. Compare Santorum calling Limbaugh's comments "absurd" versus Romney saying he's not "setting his hair on fire" by commenting on the issue.

I have to wonder in the current climate how his "Bain" experience is a plus for him. For me it's simply one less reason to like him.

Since Rush Limbaugh has essentially lost the women's vote for the GOP, does it matter any more? Every woman I know, Republican and Democrat alike, are furious over this pig, and to the lukewarm condemnations of the GOP, who mutter while scraping and bowing before Rush. What a gift. He has done more damage to the GOP than a million DNC ads could do in a lifetime. Amazing. It's as if he decided to wreck his own party. The DNC needs to merely run and re-run tapes of Limbaugh calling that poor girl a slut and a prostitute. He must be smoking Oxies in a crack pipe again.

My prediction is that I'm still not going to give a $h!t. We're screwed regardless of November's outcome.

With the choices of Romney, Santorum, and Gingrich the outcome is already a disaster. (and I am registered as a Republican)

Vote Swamp for President!

We need somebody who doesn't want the job.

I question the sanity of anyone who wants it!
