I love the Mercedes, but I also love the older American made vehicles in my stable.

Ha, love how MB and VW are in the same group. That knocks out my two rides. As much as I love my MB, my GTI eclipses just about any non-AMG in terms of fun and performance. A flash will bring it up to 337 ft-lbs of torque at 3k rpm and 273hp. In a hatchback, with my bike in the back. Its a nice place to sit in too....

Also when you say VW and Mercedes does that include Audi and Porsche?

Only because they are both German. My siblings are constantly arguing with me that German vehicles should never be sold in the USA.

The argument?? Well, they say "You should keep American money in America and you should buy American cars to support America and American jobs. If you like Germany's stuff so much, move there!" I don't pay them any mind.

Foreign automakers are just about as American as anything. VW just opened a huge plant in TN, Honda has numerous plants, Nissan in AL, Subaru in KY, etc etc etc.

What'cha think of the GLK?? I think they look awesome, especially the 2013 redesign. Go to mbusa.com and go to the future cars button on the bottom of the page, then click 2013 GLK on the left.
