Why would our Government allow a show that tells everyone in the World where some of our secret installations are. :confused:

Because the real secret ones are still hidden.

Some secret installations are obsolete, and do not need to be kept secret now.

Then, although they did say some were hidden "In plain sight" they didn't exactly say where... be careful, you may find one and disappear down the rabbit hole.

Because Google Earth and Bing Maps rendered any above ground installations obsolete. :D

Ever check the clarity/resolution over these secret sites? Your house comes out better.

Common sense wold seem to render this question moot. If as book is being written/published about secret sites those sites are obviously not secret anymore. The information is public knowledge at that point. If I recall correctly, there was a case about area 51 that the US government said did not exist even though everyone knew it existed. The defendant went to the Russians and got their satellite data to prove it. At that point the US acquiesced that the site really did exist.
