Peeple are strange
 

I got home late last night. My bedroom windows face an alley, and as I walked by the alley, I noticed a guy in black suit and Rude Boy hat relieving himself in said alley below my window. He didn't look homeless. All I can say is that my apartment is one block from a river and one block (in the other way) from some bars. Why the choice of an alley? And when will US cities finally wise up and install automatic toilets and pissoirs in public spaces?

I think we lack the technology.... ( just kidding)

Take him some Skittles?

If I'd have actually been IN my apartment and seen it, I'm sure a bucket of ice water would have cured him of the desire to pee there again.

I'd say you are pissed at those two.
