Hornady TAP FPD

Just got a bunch in .40 S&W for the Beretta.

I'm ready for a bit of Zombie FU!

I love Hornady rounds, I have never seen one not go off, ever. As far as I can tell they are 100% reliable in all conditions.

imo hornady is one of the best as far as factory ammo goes, but for the price of a few hundred rounds, one could have a basic reloading setup and produce even better rounds

yep. I recently dug out dad and grandfather's reloading stuff, bought some powder, primers and new carbide dies so I don't have to mess with lube and never looked back. I'm now reloading 45acp, 9mm and .357 for the equivalent of about 5 bucks a box, and they are far better and more reliable than factory.

if you ever end up loading bottle neck cases needing lube, try hornadys one shot lube. way less messy than a lube pad, and you dont have to wipe the cases down after sizing.

i have four presses set up currently

I wish I had the time and ambition to reload, my friend has a nice set up he wants to sell me. But I have to many hobbies as it is.

I just have two ancient Lee single stage presses that my dad and gpa used. I think they'll do me fine for quite a while. I actually like the one at a time process and even being real picky, careful and slow I can still load a hundred rounds in an hour or so, once they're primed. I'll eventually get to rifle calibers, but I shoot about 500 rounds of pistol a month so that's where the savings is greatest.

I have a Dillon progressive. I can crank out rounds in no time. Very good quality control also.

That looks like fun. My dad used to take me out shooting when I was little. Those were some of the best times we had together.

Mine has the swappable die system. Once you get a die set all adjusted and set up, you simply pull a few pins and slip it out, then replace it with a different die set.

I can't remember the exact model of mine. Okay I looked it up, it's a model RL550B. It's a great machine.
