Youngest daughter graduated from Grad school today!

And she has a job.

If you know anything at all about the condition of the profession of Architecture in a recession you will realize this is a profoundly excellent fact.

Of course it is the last college education I will have to contribute to too.

The Mrs. will want to retire now. I keep telling her I cannot afford for her to but she probaby will not listen!

Congratulations! That is not an easy thing to do, you should certainly be proud!!

I'm still a year out having completed all my classes but taking a full year on my master's thesis, my gf is graduating next week with a mind bogglingly difficult degree here too.

Congrats!!

My eldest child will be graduating from high school on the 31st of this month. She been employed for 3 years at the same place, and has been offered the opportunity to get her insurance license so she can begin selling insurance as an agent. He's offered to pay for her classes, giver her a raise plus commision, plus benefits.

It's not what she wants to do for a living, but I told her that it's an opportunity to have a back up plan if her chosen field doesn't pan out.

She'll start classes for EMT in January at the local CC. Between the two fields, I'm sure there's something there that she can get decent pay with.
