Question for the Iphoners out there

I finially got my hands on an Aye phone 4. Tried upgrading from Ios 5.0.1 to 5.1.1 and now my phone is locked in a recovery mode... I was recovering my data when it wen to update the OS and now Itunes cant see it. How do I do a Hard Reset on the thing or can I get this to mosey on with it's update somehow?
