Porsche & Mercedes fighting for 3rd spot for a solid 15 minutes, the SLS just cannot get past.....

15 SECONDS left, the SLS is nearly in the trunk of the 911...... and the 911 just stops. Got no more go.

To add injury to injury, a solid 10 seconds after the 911 comes to a full stop, a moron in some hot hatch (with a run up of several hundred yards with clear view), clips the tail of the 911. Dumba$$!

Oh - Audi took 1st and second. Fight for 3rd was much more exciting.

Watching roundy-round racing holds zero interest for me. F1 not much more. Watching these guys fly around the 'ring, dealing with MUCH slower traffic and the awesome twists and drops and graffiti on the track that makes the 'ring what it is: THAT is racing.

Couldn't stop myself from clenching and leaning into the turns during the in car camera shots.

The flashing blue lights in the windshield? Safety precaution?

I didn't see the race. Was that under "on the air"?

This is pretty cool stuff "Audi TV".

Yes, on the air.

Some of the Porsches had a flashing blue light mounted inside, on the windshield. Probably to make the overtaking car more noticeable.
