We canadians Have our fair share of crazies or whackos per capita. Probably simular to the rest of north america. The reason it is not quite so common here is our population base is about a tenth of the states.
Still all said this was a strange one. There is a lot of pressure and it is quickly increasing on people in the larger population centres. Too many rats in a cage under constant and increasing stress produces real problems.
They are hunting him down as I post. If not already located. He wrote extensivly about how to change names and dissapear.Posting this on the internet over time. I still think that without substantial money and organization it is a futile way to think.
I suspect that sending the bodyparts where he did was to make sure a serious search for him occured. Some people play video games in their heads unable to separate reality from other things. Interpol is involved already today as it is suspected he may have left the country.
