Pretty impressive! That's the only way you'd ever see a B29 roll or loop.... as an RC model.

As a pilot, I've never tried to fly an RC plane. They didn't have 'em when I was a kid. All I flew as a kid was a little balsa plane with an .049 on a guide wire, getting dizzy while it went round and round.

It looks like it would be hard to fly a plane in which you're not sitting in the seat.

Amazing how much time, effort, and money are into a lot of these R/C planes. I also have heard that they're exceedingly difficult to fly as well.

yeah imagine how many they crashed in order to get as good as they are.

I was so happy when pre-shaped foam wings hit the market! Saved so much time from having to deal with bass wood, hot stuff and monokote ;)

Yeah, it's simpler, but you can't get all high from the monokote...and it would melt right through the foam. :P:P

Monokote is shrink wrap plastic, You're thinking of the doped tissue paper/silk.
