Issa says “YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH”
Chairman Issa was asked whether his continued probing was a diversionary tactic to deflect the bankrupt polices of the GOP or a sincere effort to get to the truth. He’s been saying it OVER AND OVER AND OVER and it's really taking the RWNJ blogosphere by storm. There’s no actual video of him saying it, but here’s a transcript from people who are skilled in editing and building montages of different clips and make it LOOK like he said it - even though that doesn't exist yet either. But it could exist, and that’s good enough for me!
Issa: You want answers?!
Holder: I want the truth!
Issa: You can't handle the truth! Son, we live in a world that has borders, and those borders have to be crossed by men with guns and drugs. Who’s gonna sell those guns? Who's gonna do it? You? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom! You have the luxury of not knowing what I know: that this investigation, while tragic, probably will ensure I get re-elected for many many terms. And my pandering to the right-wing nut jobs, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, gets me re-elected! You don't want the truth, because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me to get re-elected! You need me to get re-elected!
