2" thick halibut steak, from fish hand caught by mini-sis-in-law. With shredded coconut, almonds, and garlic scapes from our garden. And fried nanners.

As a matter of fact, yes (since Darling Wife hasn't yet convinced herself to try fish & Ed is very much an "oh hell no I don't eat fish!!!!" kinda guy, it's all mine ).
