Wrangler is quite possibly the only truck I'd buy. Precisely because it lacks a lot of sissified nanny crap -- you can unbolt the doors for one thing!! Insurance industry scumbag killjoys.

I used to have a Samurai. Lifted 2". I still never rolled it.

I've come to believe that safety is a subjective thing. some cars have been proven as death traps, while others, the jury is still out. my pick for top three safest cars are; Mercedes, Saab and Volvo. Now, if we could just get people to stop DWT (driving while texting) we might have a fairly safe environment.
