There's a very simple explanation. B.O. constantly shows how much he loves & enjoys spending someone elses money. The problem stems from his dillusion that it is HIS money. Of course, what money he is spending is BORROWED money.

So a quick fix was needed, and that was Voter ID since a lot of Seniors don't have a Driver's License and now they can't vote! HAH! Showed those old fogies a thing or two. Right?
