I can't believe the badminton committee didn't see this coming and hasn't 'fessed up to blowing it. Maybe they should introduce bye rounds.

At first I thought you meant they were actually throwing matches. You know, trying to burn each other. Figured maybe that was some arcane Badminton tradition. Like wearing odd hats and drinking Pimm's Cup or something.

Same here.

On my San Francisco tours I like to pitch pennies into the Cable Car track slots on California Street at the top of Nob Hill. Hella fun, an old SF game that natives play, ( loser gets to buy the drinks. )
