Eric Holder has appointed two of his DOJ people to investigate who responsible for the leaking very sensitive nation security information. One of the appointed investigators is Ronald Machen, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, the same Ronald Machen who refused to act on the on the House of Representatives Eric Holder's criminal contempt of Congress resolution because Eric Holder directly ordered Machen not to act on the matter.

Is there any reason to believe that the Obama campaign contributor and appointee Ronald Machen would not act with due diligence and professionally despite his personal and political persuasions?

The other person is Rod Rosenstein, the U.S. attorney for the District of Maryland, originally a Bush appointee who Obama and Holder decided was worthy of there seal of approval and was held over in his position.

Is there any reason to believe Rosenstein will not act with due diligence and professionally owing his continued employment is dependent on Obama"s and Holder's favor?

CBS News' Stephanie Lambidakis reports that it does not look like Machen and Rosenstein are getting any special powers or independence like Patrick Fitzgerald had with the Valerie Plame investigation. That means their work will be reviewed through the normal chain.

And last should the Commander in Chief order the CIA/DoD to rescue from a Pakistani prison the Pakistani doctor who facilitated the Bin Laden kill and has now been convicted and sentenced to 33 years for doing so as a result of Obama failing to keep the doctors existence and cooperation secret?
