Happy Labor Day

To all the working stiffs. Have a great day.
The heroes of modern America, IMO, are all those who go to a job they hate, or a job that they are less than enthusiastic about, just to support their families.

This is your day--Enjoy it in any way you please.

Well sure that is fine but let's not forget the rest of us who do like our jobs.

Even if one likes their job going to work every day is a grind!

I love my job, and I love days off, long weekends (very rare) and vacations too!

I used to love my job. It was intellectually stimulating and challenging. Now, my new assignment is less than stimulating, but it's still a job, and it pays the bills, and I am thankful to have it.

It's labor day here. Today's list:

Vaccinate and hoof trim 20 goats
unload and stack 40 bales of hay
Move sheep out of the creek bottom into the upper pasture
Replace the water filters from the pressure tank to the house

The goats are done and I just stopped for breakfast. Gotta unload the hay before sonny boy leaves to go back to school.
No beer and brats for me. No rest for the wicked.
