If I were President, I would....
....immediately nationalize all oil in the US and it's waters.
That oil would no longer be for sale anywhere except the US. Don't care who drilled or who's pumping, they can be reimbursed for their costs. The oil stays here, the money made from that oil goes to the US. What would you do??
